The winners of the Best Pastry Chef: Professionals 2022 have won the right to make a dessert with chef Pierre Hermé. This culinary creation is already on sale in the Parisian boutiques of the pastry chef from this Friday, July 22. It is also possible to receive it via delivery on the website.

Jérémy and Baptiste won the competition for Best Professional Pastry Chef, season 5, during the final broadcast this Thursday, July 21, 2022 on M6. As a reward, the two Valrhona pastry chefs win the right to create a dessert in collaboration with chef Pierre Hermé.
The Best Pastry Chef: Professionals returned for a fifth season in 2022. This new edition of the pastry competition for chefs with professional training was broadcast from June 23, 2022 to July 22, 2022 on M6. From that date, it was enough to follow the sixth channel every Thursday from 9:10 p.m. to follow the competition. Seven pairs competed in The Best Pastry Chef: Professionals Season 5 from June 23 to July 22, 2022. Only one came out as the winner of this season. Find below the participants of the M6 culinary competition:

Three professional chefs are part of the Best Pastry Chef jury: the professionals: Cyril Lignac, who can also be seen in Le Meilleur pâtissier, Pierre Hermé, and Christelle Brua, pastry chef at the Elysée Palace who is joining the show this year. It should be noted that Cyril Lignac and Pierre Hermé have been part of the jury for the Best Professional Pastry Chef since season 1, broadcast in 2017. In previous seasons, other chefs have played the role of juror for the M6 programme: Philippe Conticini (season 1 and 2), Frédéric Bau (season 1), Audrey Gellet (season 2), Benoît Blin (season 3) and Jean-François Piège (season 4).
