After Vincent Claude and François Viette, it is the turn of Mathys Gros to blend into the role of the famous dunce for this third film. This young actor comes from Provence: his parents are not part of the world of cinema and it is therefore the first time that he has submitted himself to the spotlight of the seventh art.
For Ducobu 3, Elie Semoun admits it: from the moment he saw Mathys Gros during the castings, he was convinced he had found his Ducobu. “Mathys arrived, it was almost the last day, and I fell for him. I think that physically he is so Ducobu, it’s crazy!” confides the actor and director in the columns of Télé-Loisirs. When the young teenager learned the role, he was “at the equestrian center”, he remembers at the microphone of RTL. “I started running all over the place. So I almost killed a rider but I was so happy, it’s like a soda can that you open and explode.” A young actor who promises to seduce the public in the role of this endearing dunce.

Synopsis – This year, the Latouche teacher is enraged to have Dubocu again, an inveterate cheater and eternal repeater. This one has competition this year with TGV, another student who has just arrived and who uses high-tech glasses giving him all the answers. It bothers Dubocu but he has found a way to shine again. As he sings like a pan, he wants to win a singing contest and to do so, teams up with a cheating expert. He wants to win the bet to give the reward to the Saint-Potache school, on the edge of the abyss. But the teacher Latouche feels the trick and will do everything to unmask it..
