The new member of the jury for the Best Pastry Chef: the Professionals was the first woman crowned best restaurant pastry chef in the world. Above all, she is the current pastry chef at the Elysée Palace, a position she has held since 2019. She also confides in Gala about the presidential couple: “The President of the Republic and the First Lady are two very benevolent people . I completely blossomed there. Henri and Alexis, best friends from Lyon, won season 4 of the Best Professional Pastry Chef, M6 competition, during the final broadcast on June 1, 2021. They won against Amandine and Mickaël on one side, and Gwendal and Julian on the other. The two 2021 winners of the Best pastry chef: the professionals have also revealed their projects to TV Mag: their appearance on the M6 show is reflected in the sale of their pastries, and the duo intends to develop the chocolate aspect of their shop by the end of the year, while taking advantage of this success.
The Best Pastry Chef: Professionals returns for a fifth season in 2022. This new edition of the pastry competition for chefs with professional training has been broadcast since June 23, 2022 on M6.
