Drag Race FranceFrench adaptation of the American reality show RuPaul’s Drag Racebroadcasts the first episode of its season 2 this Friday, June 30, 2023. This first issue is to be seen first in streamingat 6 p.m. on france.tv slash, before being broadcast on France 2 at 10:40 p.m.
Eleven candidates participate in Drag Race France season 2. Among them, we find in particular Cookie Kunty, who notably appeared in the cinema in the film Three nights a week, or Piche, who participated in Jean-Paul Gaultier’s Fashion Freak Show in 2018. Drag Race France is a reality show launched in 2022 on France 2. It is a drag queen contest, presented by Nicky Doll alongside Daphne Bürki and Kiddy Smile, which offers different challenges to the candidates on several performances, before they are not judged and possibly eliminated according to their performances. The first season had been a ratings success, since it had been seen more than 2.6 million times on the france.tv slash site, becoming the third most viewed program of the year. The entire season, broadcast in the second part of the evening on France 2, was watched by more than 7 million viewers.
