Jean-Pierre had to refine his speech last year when the impression was created that the United States would support Ukraine’s NATO membership.
The official line is that the United States believes that the door to the Defense League is open to all countries that meet the membership criteria and Ukraine should have the right to apply for membership.
Jean Psak is also expected to join MSNBC. He will officially resign on May 13th.
