We all suffer from ingrown hairs from time to time. Often all we see are red, itchy bumps. It usually occurs after hair removal in women and after shaving in men. Men also face this problem because they shave some parts of the body where there is hair growth, such as chest, armpits, back. Ingrown hair usually does not require medical treatment. Also, people with curly hair are more likely to have ingrown hairs than people with straight hair. However, in rare cases, they can become infected.
WHAT IS CIRCULAR ROOT INFLAMMATION?
Hair follicle inflammation (folliculitis) is a common skin condition that occurs with inflammation of the hair follicle. It is usually caused by a bacterial or fungal infection. It is seen intensely on the scalp. Itching and pain can be extremely uncomfortable for the person. Uncontrollable, recurrent and spreading infections can turn into wounds.
Taking a break from shaving until these ingrown scars, which are painful in the advanced stages, can have a positive effect on the healing process of your skin.
If the ingrown hair or the area around it is very painful, hot, red or swollen, you should see your doctor as soon as possible, especially if you have a high fever and malaria. Medication may be started to treat the infection. In case of emergency, that area can be thoroughly cleaned with a small operation.
If hair follicle inflammation is not treated, it can lead to other potentially fatal complications.
IF INFECTION IS NOT CLEANED…
If the infection accumulated in the wreck enters the bloodstream, it can cause a staph infection that can lead to sepsis. The World Health Organization reported that sepsis is one of every five deaths worldwide. However, if a staph infection is not diagnosed and treated in a timely manner, it can be taken to the emergency room and, in rare cases, lead to surgery.
WHAT IS GOOD FOR WASTES?
You can gently brush your dry skin with a brush before each shower to prevent ingrown skin. Frequent scrubbing is one of the simple methods to prevent the formation of wrecks. You can also try baking soda mixture to get rid of ingrown hairs.
Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with 1 glass of water. Apply this mixture to the ingrown area (with ingrown hairs) and rub lightly. Rinse with cold water after 5 minutes. Apply 2-3 times a day.
