While Jim Ryan announced the end of PS5 shortages, the console is still quite difficult to find in France. But it is still possible to get it on the following sites.
[Mis à jour le 10 janvier 2023 à 14h06] Two years of hardship are coming to an end this year after Jim Ryan officially announced the end of the Playstation 5 shortage. The CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment, the video game branch of the famous Japanese firm, spoke on the subject at CES 2023, saying that consoles should be available for sale for all players shortly. While waiting for this statement to be verified in France, it is still possible to buy it without too much difficulty on other European sites. The console has been available for several weeks on Amazon UK and Amazon DE, without interruption. We explain it to you just below.
For the past few weeks, it has been a major player in the home console market, managing to sell PS5s at normal prices on a continuous basis. This is obviously Amazon, which offers console packs with the excellent God of War: Ragnarök on its German and English sites. It would seem that the Sony console is much more available across the Channel and across the Rhine than in France, a bargain when you consider that its selling price after conversion and application of delivery costs would amount to a maximum of €638. As a reminder, the PS5 God of War: Ragnarök packs are sold for €619.99 in France in normal times.
