The collector’s edition of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom seems to be unavailable on all merchant sites. The basic version of the game remains available, however, as well as Link’s amiibo.
[Article mis à jour le 15/02/2023 à 11h18] Are you impatiently awaiting the release of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom on Nintendo Switch? You do not seem to be alone since the pre-orders of the game seem to be taken by storm from many recognized sites such as Amazon or Fnac. The Tears of the Kingdom collector’s edition is also out of stock on all sites that had the much sought-after product. Only Micromania still seems to offer the collector’s game from time to time, with “premium” status at their brand.
As a reminder, the collector’s edition of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was announced during the last Nintendo Direct, along with new information on the game. This special edition includes:
- The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom game (physical version).
- An official illustration book.
- A Steelbook to store your game.
- A metal poster with the image of Link.
- A set of four pins with game logos.
Note that the base edition of the game Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is sometimes available for pre-order on certain sites. It is notably possible to find the physical edition of the game on the official site of Amazon France where you can reserve the title before its release next May.
Where can I find the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Collector’s Edition?
The collector’s version of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is unfortunately out of stock. You have to count on the fans of this emblematic license, but also on the unscrupulous dealers. We will not fail to keep this article up to date with the availability of this collector’s edition at various specialized retailers such as Fnac, CDiscount, Micromania or Amazon.
The collector’s edition of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is currently available on the Micromania website. However, you will need a “premium” status at the store to be able to acquire the product. Do not hesitate to consult the reseller’s website to find out more about this rather special status. Stocks are also already on sale on Rakuten, but at a high price.
The special Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom amiibo is also available. The latter also seems to be out of stock at certain specialized brands as demand is strong. Note that this Link amiibo will allow you to unlock additional content when the game is released.
Currently, only Amazon Japan website And AmazonUK seem to have the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom collector’s item. Shipments to France are however impossible on this product, but don’t worry, you can still complete your order. Also, this means that the French site may well have stock too! The official Nintendo Store website should also make a few copies available, so don’t hesitate to create a customer account now.
