But it sometimes happens that the very attractive user offers hide unpleasant surprises, despite the excellent reputation of the company. This is what happened – and continues to happen – to many users who have had the misfortune to go through the resumption of recovery of Samsung and its partner Evollis.

To avoid such inconvenience, whatever the recovery program – not only that of Samsung – we advise you to film or photograph your old smartphone from every angle before sending it, in order to have proofs. Do not hesitate to put the flash to properly bring out the existing micro-scratches. This will prove your state before its dismissal. Then, wrap it carefully in order to protect it as much as possible during a little delicate transport.
