Fans can be reassured: a season 3 is indeed in preparation, as the TVLine site was able to announce, information confirmed by the Hollywood Reporter last December. Fans will again discover new characters, since why women kill is an anthology series: the plot and cast change from season to season.
For now, we don’t know when season 3 of why women kill will be broadcast or which actresses will be in the cast. In the United States, it took a year and a half between the first and second season. Synopsis – The first season of Why Women Kill depicts the lives of three women living in the same house, in three different eras. The latter want revenge when they discover that their respective husbands are cheating on them. In season 2, we dive into the 1940s, discovering the daily life of Alma, a housewife who joins a gardening club, in which the rich Rita Castillo works. The latter married her husband for money, in the hope that he would die, without success. She therefore consoles herself in the arms of her young lover, who is himself in love with Alma’s daughter.
