Unexpected find

The cars are designed to be driven on tracks with several turns and short distances. The speed easily reaches over 300 kilometers per hour, and according to stricter rules on engine size so as not to make the races too dangerous for the drivers.

So it goes terribly fast, and the drivers are extremely skilled at making quick decisions. Robert Kubica has been driving Formula 1 for several years, and during a race he is responsible for an unexpected find in his car in the middle of a burning race.

“What should I do?”

The drivers are in constant contact with their team when they drive, and on the radio you hear a surprised Robert Kubica who does not know what to do with what he has found.

– I have a phone in the cab. Someone has left their phone here. What should I do? Throw it out or come in with it ?, he says in the clip that can be seen below.

He continues:

– I just stop outside the garage and hand over the phone and then continue.

Something Robert Kubica’s team thinks sounds like a really great idea.
