He had parked the car on Friday evening at the gas station on Stenungsundsmotet and the plan was to travel on the next afternoon. It was only when he woke up at 9 o’clock, several hours after the mudslide, that he noticed what had happened.
– I was shaken, it was nerve-wracking.
Two other trucks had also pushed the vehicle so that the doors could not be opened and Piotr Dietuła had to get out through the window.
But didn’t you notice when it happened last night?
– No, the truck sank halfway into the ground.
