Because Porte lives in Doorn, wheelchairs are also placed there during King’s Day. “I’m really disappointed,” says Frans van de Craats, treasurer of the Oranjevereniging Doorn. “There was supervision and we also spoke to young people on the day, but in the end a wheelchair was missing at the end of the day.”
