Since September 2023, a tab titled News has appeared in WhatsApp. It brings together chains of personalities, organizations and also media. Those of France 24 and RFI rank first among French media. The media workshop discusses the possibilities this feature offers publishers.

We also come back to Meta’s current strategy, the little data that the owner of WhatsApp shares with publishers, and the upcoming monetization of features.
