When you break the oath, you will gain a debuff for a short time and your character will say “As if I lost something”. When the war is over, a short cinematic will enter and you will see the Oath Breaking Paladin.
He will say he wants to see you at camp. If you accept his offer, you will become the Oath Breaker Paladin.
The abilities of the subclass you have will change with the abilities of the Oath Breaker Paladin. It will tell you that if you want to change your class from Rotten, you have to repeat your oath. You can take the oath again for 1000 gold by going to the oath-breaking paladin in your camp.
