This one looks back on the life of the artist Leonardo da Vinci, with Aidan Turner (Poldark) in the title role. The series returns particularly to the death of the muse of this Renaissance genius, Caterina de Cremona. The latter is played by Matilda de Angelis (The Undoing). Note also that the actor Freddie Highmore (good doctor) was chosen to play the investigator who will solve the mystery of the death of the young woman. In the cast, viewers will also recognize James D’Arcy (Broadchurch, Agent Carter) or Giancarlo Giannini (Royal Casino).
