What is the Most Important Element of a Game?

In this survey, we want to ask you which of the three basic elements of video games is more important: Gameplay, Art Design and Graphics, Story. Each of them are important factors that enrich the gaming experience and affect the success of the game.

  • Gameplay: Game mechanics, difficulty level, user interface and general game flow.
  • Art Design and Graphics: Visual aesthetics, graphic quality, character and world design.
  • Story: Narrative, character depth, scenario and narrative experience offered by the game.
