Ramsay Hunt syndrome is a complication of shingles and is known as a rare disease that causes inflammation and damage to the nerve, causing facial paralysis.
Varicella-zoster virus, which causes chickenpox and shingles and settles in the nerves and remains dormant for a long time, becomes active after years and affects the facial nerve next to the ears, causing Ramsay Hunt syndrome.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF RAMSAY HUNT SYNDROME?
