Andy Muschietti, Barbara Muschietti and Jason Fuchs, created by the series, focuses on events before cinema adaptations. Instead of the 1950s and 1980s, this time the 1960s were selected and in the story, a group of children are trying to resist the horror of Pennywise. Pennywise, played by Bill Skarsgård, which seems to be short at the end of the trailer, is largely kept in the dark while maintaining its classic appearance. This indicates that the array aims to slowly climb the tension.
The series carries the creative vision of Andy Muschietti, who has achieved great success with IT and IT: Chapter Two. Muschietti manages four episodes of the nine -part series this time. Author Stephen King approved the project and liked the first scenario drafts. Muschietti says that King trusts the creation process of the series and follows the work.
