The long-awaited start of the new DLC “Lightfall” has finally arrived in Destiny 2. While the servers were offline for the last 24 hours, the tension among the guardians has grown. We give you a first overview of the activities in this first Neomuna week.

This is happening this week: Destiny 2 Guardians will explore the new Neptune city of Neomuna for the first time this week. And there is a lot to discover there, because the city is huge.

  • There will be a new campaign about the coolest story in the universe.
  • Lightfall introduces a new ability called Strange. As a player, you can use it to shimmy through the air and not only explore Neomuna, but all of the shooter’s locations.
  • Brand new enemies will challenge players and try to snatch the light from them.
  • Many new activities are coming, like the new raid “Root of Nightmares”
  • In addition, Destiny 2 is a game that never stands still, because Bungie reliably provides the shooter with fresh story content, new loot and cool missions every three months.

  • Complete Vanguard activities with the Surge subclass.

  • Complete five activities.

  • A single Apex Dawn also completes this challenge. However, it will not be available again in the game until April 11, 2023.
