The end of the content drought has come, because in Destiny 2 the guardians can finally start a new season 19 today. MeinMMO tells you what the new week includes for activities.

This is happening this week: With the start of Season 19, not only new content is coming to Destiny 2 today. Bungie is reactivating the Seraph bunkers and sending the guardians back to these hidden areas. There will also be activity areas in the open world and a raid location will even be accessible to all players.

In addition, many sandbox changes find their way into the game. We have already summarized everything that is changing in this article:

Bungie wants to improve annoying game errors and the current difficult state of PvP in Season 19. The general dissatisfaction in the community has led to the lowest number of players so far. It remains to be seen whether Season 19 will do better and whether Bungie will consider other options in the future. We at MeinMMO will definitely report on how Bungie will possibly change the current course for its community.

The most important information about activities from 06.12. until 13.12.

Vanguard: Dawn – The Crucible

    • Endgame: Raid challenges and dungeon rotation

    This happens in the Raid “Königfall”:

    In the current raid “Königsfall” you have to face the second raid challenge to get more loot.

  • The second Raid Challenge, Sneaky Theft, takes place in the second phase of the Kingsfall Raid at the Warpriest. Specifically, to complete the Backhand Theft challenge, you must not wear the Initiate’s Mark buff for more than 5 seconds instead of 30 seconds. The timer starts after you kill the Taken Knight and remove the buff.

    • The following raid requirements and challenges await you:

  • In Normal mode, completing a challenge earns you double the loot.
  • You only get status-specific armor and master weapons from the grandmaster raid.
  • You can also earn the new Oryx-themed raid-exclusive Exotic cosmetics in Grandmaster.

    • Additional Legacy Pinnacle Rewards from Endgame:

  • Go to the Last Wish raid.
  • Play the Shattered Throne dungeon for more pinnacle loot.

    • Weekly Activities

    Another area the Guardians will explore in Season 19.

    In Season 19, called “Season of the Seraph”, the Guardians again expect various PvE activities. These include:

  • The Robbery Battlefields
  • An exotic mission “Operation: Seraph’s Shield”
  • The moments of triumph MMXXI

    • In addition to Season 19, the previous DLC seasons from “The Witch Queen” are still active until the next DLC Lightfall. For example, you can participate in the weekly repeatable campaign mission and earn top loot there. The new max power level is now 1590 and has increased by 10 power levels.

    Savathun’s Throne World – Weekly campaign mission

  • “The ritual” – Repeatable Witch Queen campaign mission

  • Defeat Mighty Cabal in the exotic mission “Vox Obscura” (+2)
  • Complete 3 Gambit matches (+1)
  • Complete 3 Crucible matches (+1)
  • Complete 3 Vanguard Operation strikes with appropriate focus (+1)
  • Hawthorne’s Clan Quest: Earn 5000 XP (+1)
