(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Webuild reported that he has purchasedfrom 19 to 23 June 2023 inclusive, overall 210,000 ordinary treasury shares at the average price of 1.7638 euro per share, for a counter value equal to 370,395.26 eurosas part of the purchase authorization resolved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 27 April 2023.
Following the purchases made, as of June 23, Webuild holds 19,034,102 ordinary treasury shares, equal to 1.894% of the ordinary share capital.
