(Finance) – Webuild has communicated that it has purchasedfrom 28 March to 1 April 2022 inclusive, in total 1,092,957 ordinary treasury shares at an average price of € 1.6328 per share, for a countervalue equal to 1,784,608.88 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 30 April 2021.
Following the purchases made, Webuild holds, as of April 1, 8,198,974 ordinary treasury shares representing 0.820% of the ordinary share capital.
