(Finance) – Webuild has communicated that it has purchasedfrom 7 to 11 February 2022 inclusive, a total of 419,469 ordinary treasury shares at an average price of € 1.7896 per share, for an equivalent value of € 741,442.32, as part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting Shareholders on April 30, 2021.
Following the purchases made, Webuild holds, as of 11 February, 3,060,845 ordinary treasury shares representing 0.306% of the ordinary share capital.
