(Finance) – Webuild has communicated that it has purchasedfrom 27 June to 1 July 2022 inclusive, in total 102,916 own ordinary shares at an average price of € 1.4542 per share, for a countervalue equal to 150,331.69 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 28 April 2022.
Following the purchases made, as of 1 July, Webuild holds 13,327,954 ordinary treasury shares representing 1.332% of the ordinary share capital.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese list, the performance of the company specialized in the construction of large complex workswith a decrease of 1.98%, reaching 1.387 euros.
