(Finance) – Webuild has communicated that it has purchasedfrom 30 May to 3 June 2022 inclusive, in total 364,000 ordinary shares own shares at an average price of € 1.6760 per share, for one countervalue equal to 611,253.88 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 28 April 2022.
Following the purchases made, as of June 6, Webuild holds 11,828,282 ordinary treasury shares representing 1.182% of the ordinary share capital.
On the Milanese list, today, the performance of the company specialized in the construction of large complex works, which closes with a percentage change of 0.43%.
