(Finance) – Webuild has communicated that it has purchasedfrom 14 to 18 March 2022 inclusive, in total 645,446 own ordinary shares at an average price of € 1.5943 per share, for one countervalue equal to 1,029,026.81 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 30 April 2021.
Following the purchases made, Webuild holds, as of March 21, 5,667,291 ordinary treasury shares representing 0.567% of the ordinary share capital.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese list, the performance of the company specialized in the construction of large complex works, with prices aligned at 1.61 euros.
