(Finance) – Webuild has announced that it has purchasedfrom 11 to 15 July 2022 inclusive, in total 6,805 ordinary shares own shares at an average price of € 1.4949 per share, for a countervalue equal to 10,235.34 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 28 April 2022.
Following the purchases made, as of July 15, Webuild holds 13,343,375 own ordinary shares representing 1.334% of the ordinary share capital.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese list, the performance of the Company specialized in the construction of large complex works which stands at € 1.499, a slight increase of 0.27%.
