(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Webuildthe big Italian construction and engineering company, has announced that will not proceed with the acquisition of the Australian company Cloughwhich was announced last November 8 with the signing of a conditional agreement with Murray & Roberts.
Webuild stressed that “the parties have jointly determined and agreed that there is no reasonable prospect to allow completion of the acquisition”. The parties have therefore agreed to “unconditionally terminate the agreement with immediate effect”.
