(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Webuild reported that he has purchasedfrom 15 to 19 May 2023 inclusive, overall 49,000 ordinary treasury shares at the average price of 1.9654 euro per share, for a counter value equal to 96,305.34 eurosas part of the purchase authorization resolved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 27 April 2023.
Following the purchases made, as of May 19, Webuild holds 18,504,795 ordinary treasury shares, equal to 1.844% of the ordinary share capital.
Meanwhile, in Piazza Affari, the performance of the Company specialized in the construction of large complex works with prices aligned at 1.914 euros, for a drop of 0.67%.
