(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Webuild reported that he has purchasedfrom 14 to 18 August 2023 inclusive, overall 30,000 ordinary treasury shares at the average price of 1.6772 euro per share, for a counter value equal to 50,315.00 eurosas part of the purchase authorization resolved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 27 April 2023.
Following the purchases made, as of August 18, Webuild holds 20,721,286 ordinary treasury shares, equal to 2.043% of the ordinary share capital.
