(Finance) – Webuild has announced that it has purchasedfrom 29 August to 2 September 2022 inclusive, in total 4,000 own ordinary shares at an average price of € 1.3855 per share, for a countervalue equal to 5,542.00 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 28 April 2022.
Following the purchases made, as of 2 September, Webuild holds 13,730,375 own ordinary shares representing 1.372% of the ordinary share capital.
On the Milanese list, today, negative closing for the Company specialized in the realization of large complex workswith a decrease of 1.84%.
