(Finance) – Webuild has communicated that it has purchasedfrom 2 to 6 May 2022 inclusive, in total 465,680 ordinary shares own shares at an average price of € 1.6013 per share, for a countervalue equal to 742,738.66 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 28 April 2022.
Following the purchases made, as of May 6, Webuild holds 10,857,650 own ordinary shares representing 1.085% of the ordinary share capital.
