(Finance) – Webuild has announced that it has purchasedfrom 18 to 22 July 2022 inclusive, in total 286,000 ordinary shares own shares at an average price of € 1.4576 per share, for a countervalue equal to 402,386.36 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 28 April 2022.
Following the purchases made, as of July 22nd, Webuild holds 13,629,375 own ordinary shares representing 1.362% of the ordinary share capital.
