(Finance) – Webuild announced that he had purchasedfrom 25 to 29 September 2023 inclusive, in the aggregate 40,000 own ordinary shares at the average price of 1.6766 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 67,065.00 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 27 April 2023.
In light of the above, the total number of treasury shares held by the Company as of 29 September 2023 is 21,235,392 treasury shares, equal to 2.094% of the ordinary share capital.
Meanwhile, in Milan, the Company specialized in the creation of large complex works recorded a decline of 2.17% and stood at 1.625 euros.
