(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Webuild reported that he has purchasedfrom 27 February to 3 March 2023 inclusive, overall 10,000 ordinary treasury shares at the average price of 1.7164 euros per share, for a counter value equal to 17,164.19 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 28 April 2022.
Following the purchases made, as of March 3, Webuild holds 17,525,839 ordinary treasury shares representing 1.751% of the ordinary share capital.
