It was in April this year that the police found two automatic weapons and ammunition in a bag in a basement storage room in Västerås. The weapons were found in connection with a house search after three people were arrested on suspicion of serious weapons offences.
According to the prosecutor, the crime must be assessed as serious. This as the weapons “were of a particularly dangerous nature” and that the handling of these took place in an environment where they could typically be used for crime.
Shared child pornography
In July 2022, the man also allegedly shared a child pornographic film on social media. According to the prosecutor, the film must have contained “particularly ruthless abuse material” and depicted an adult woman sexually assaulting a very young boy.
The prosecutor demands that the man be deported from Sweden, and prohibited from returning for ten years.
The man denies any crime, but admits that he had the video on his phone.
