The man was arrested and detained. In questioning, he admitted that the drugs were his, but denied knowledge of the weapon. But in the investigation, his DNA was found on the plastic in which the weapon was wrapped.
The weapon crime is considered serious, because the premises in which the weapon was found is considered a criminal context – partly due to the man’s connection to the Hells Angels, partly because of the drugs.
Sentenced to prison
The Eskilstuna district court has now sentenced the HA member to two years and two months in prison. His defense lawyer has appealed the verdict to the Court of Appeal.
