We will eat there for less than 20 euros, Thierry Marx opens a broth and we know the date

We will eat there for less than 20 euros Thierry

Star chef Thierry Marx is opening his new restaurant in a few days, a broth that promises to revolutionize the taste buds at a downright affordable price.

Multi-starred chef Thierry Marx is, as always, determined to move the needle. Not only known worldwide for its inventive cuisine, it also shines through its social commitment. The one who is engaged in the fight for “good eating accessible to all”, announces the opening of a new quality restaurant at an affordable price: a Parisian Bouillon! The icing on the cake is that the establishment is located in a bustling district of Greater Paris.

Remember this date: Thursday July 11, Le Bouillon du Coq – such is the name of the new brand from the chef with the charming smile – will open its doors in Saint-Ouen, in the Paris suburbs (Seine-Saint-Denis), for two steps from Mairie de Saint-Ouen station on line 13 and the recently extended line 14 of the Paris metro. There we will eat the classic French flagship dishes of Bouillons Parisiens, very popular with discerning palates: onion soup, hard-boiled eggs with mayonnaise, free-range chicken – gratin dauphinois in a menu offered between 15 and 20 euros.

Located in a historic location, Bouillon du Coq promises to be the new trendy spot in the capital. The Saint-Ouen flea market lover did not choose the location at random: the establishment with its atypical frontage takes place in the premises of the former institution of more than a hundred years of the Coq de la Maison Blanche, completely renovated . Spread over two floors in a friendly and authentic setting, the establishment will also have a superb terrace, ideal for a gourmet break this summer, under the sign of conviviality!

At the head of the Union of Trades and Industries of the Hotel Industry (Umih), the chef who owns a dozen cooking schools should welcome a training school in this new restaurant, to help young people excluded from the traditional employment channels. Did you know that Thierry Marx’s latest Michelin-starred restaurant, Onor, is made up of 20% people from his schools? Family cuisine, quality and accessible to the greatest number, we rush to honor Thierry Marx at Bouillon du Coq.
