For the best possible picture quality, we recommend a television with an OLED display. Some manufacturers have already developed the technology further and are offering QD-OLED (Samsung and Sony) or MLA OLED (LG, Panasonic and Philips). The MLA panels enable higher peak brightness, more efficient energy use and a wider viewing angle. QD-OLEDs also enable brighter images and even crisper colors. But even with the classic OLEDs you can’t go wrong and get fantastic images that will blow your mind in the home cinema.
The best 4K TVs on Black Friday: LGLG is the market leader in OLED televisions. The flagship LG OLED G3 with MLA panel performed fantastically in numerous tests and can confidently be described as the best overall package on the market. The image quality, features, operation and Smart TV functions leave nothing to be desired. Most recently, it was historically cheap in the 55-inch version during the VAT campaign, but we can well imagine that it could be even cheaper on Black Friday.
Also the strong mid-range model LG OLED C3 impresses with a first-class picture and extensive features. The G3 is slightly ahead due to its slightly better and, above all, brighter image, but you can only really see the differences in a direct comparison. The C3 was also recently cheaper than ever, and the price barrier could be broken again on Black Friday. At Amazon you also save just 36 percent.
The best 4K TVs on Black Friday: SamsungSince Samsung got involved in the OLED game, they have offered almost unbeatable price-performance. The Samsung OLED S95C is the high-end model and impresses with an incredibly good QD-OLED display that doesn’t have to hide from any other television and even beats the image of the LG flagship. Anti-reflective coating and viewing angles are also second to none. You currently get 250 euros cashback from Samsung.
The new price-performance king in the OLED sky is called Samsung 90C. Thanks to 200 euros cashback, the 4K TV is available for around 1,100 euros, making it the best choice in this price range. The next competitor, the LG C3, costs a lot more. The S90C also impresses with a QD-OLED display and there are lots of gaming features.
The best 4K TVs on Black Friday: Panasonic The Japanese may fly a little under the radar for some, but the picture and sound quality they deliver is simply impressive. The top model Panasonic MZW2004 has the best picture and sound of any TV on the market. An MLA panel is also used here. When it comes to images, the Samsung S95C can keep up with its QD OLED display, but when it comes to sound, the Panasonic is the best. You can safely do without a soundbar. As the icing on the cake, unlike Samsung, LG and Sony, Panasonic supports all major HDR formats. Only the Smart TV functions and app selection are limited.
It is significantly less price-hungry Panasonic LZW984. Here, too, you get a breathtaking image that is one of the best on the market. However, you have to compromise on the sound; unfortunately, the LZW984 does not have the powerful sound system of its big brother built in. However, compared to other flat-screen TVs, the sound is still above average.
The best 4K TVs on Black Friday: SonySony’s OLED televisions impress with top picture quality on a par with the competition and really good sound, which is particularly immersive thanks to the Acoustic Surface Audio+ technology. The Sony OLED A80L model is particularly interesting, as it offers strong price-performance and is particularly interesting for you if you are looking for a television with good sound and still don’t want to compromise on image quality.
The best 4K TVs on Prime Day: PhilipsPhilips impresses with the unique Ambilight backlighting, which visually expands the screen content using LEDs on the back of the TV and thus creates a great atmosphere. Many models also support the important HDR formats Dolby Vision and HDR10+. The new one is recommended Philips OLED 808which delivers convincing image quality at a fair price.
No matter which television you choose from this list, you are guaranteed to enjoy it. All devices have top picture quality and will particularly delight those of you who have not had an OLED television at home before.
