At a press conference in the Riksdag on Wednesday, Ebba Busch (KD) comments on the rounds surrounding Sara Skyttedal and her exclusion as a top name in the EU election
– It is Sara Skyttedal’s own words that we have taken as a starting point in this handling, and it is her own accounts that are the basis for the decision made by the party leadership, she tells the reporters.

– It is also a party board that makes this decision based on that report and makes the decision that we call an extra party council to then decide on a new top name.
Broke the silence
Sara Skyttedal was teased as KD’s top name for the EU election after it was discovered that she offered her services to the Sweden Democrats.
And on Tuesday, Skyttedal broke the silence in SVT’s “30 minutes” where she denies having tried to run for the Sweden Democrats.
– I was confronted with something that only exists in Ebba Busch’s imagination, Skyttedal said in the interview.
Last Friday, the Christian Democrats also announced their new top name on the list, which was social debater Alice Teoderescu Måwe.
