Monica is currently active in Hotel Romantik, a SVT program where pensioners check into a luxury hotel to find love. Monica quickly catches the eye of the program Rooger, which Nyheter24 wrote more about — here.
Now after the program, Monica is still in contact with several participants, but she has become extra close to one participant, viz Annika.
Monica and Annika were both in Hotel Romantik and have now developed a strong friendship after the program, they have started a YouTube channel together called “Life after 65” and are planning more exciting projects together.
— I have become very close to Annika as a friend now after the program. We have started a YouTube channel together where we talk about things after 65. We have a section on make-up and one on self-esteem. Right now we mostly talk about what happens in the program, says Monica to Nyheter24.

Monica describes how she and Annika complement each other very well and how they try to see each other every week. The response to the channel has only been positive and the girls have only been met with good criticism and everyone seems positive about the channel.
What will be your next project?
“In April, we’re going to go on a train trip for almost two weeks in Europe together, so it’s going to be great fun,” says Monica happily.
