“We are worthless – like dead fish”

Leksand receives league leaders Brynäs on Thursday. Despite 0-0 after one played period, Leksand’s coach Challe Berglund was, to say the least, critical of the team’s effort.

Leksand is chasing points to move up into the playoffs. After one period played, Charles “Challe” Berglund thought that the team did not play well enough on their home field.

The coach thinks the players are too mean and wants to see more physical play.

– The Brynä players dominated, they moved the puck quickly. When they sent a pass, we let the guy who got the pass go on. There, you want to say that they get a really fucking fat chest so that they lie down. We have to stop their skating. After all, they can travel around as they wish. I’m happy that it’s 0-0 after the first, says Berglund.

In the second period Brynäs took the lead 0-1 through Bobby Travigno. It is the match’s only goal so far, after two periods played.
