The English striker legend Wayne Rooney’s39, his coaching spell at Plymouth Argyle, who play in the English Championship, is over. The club announced by mutual agreement that the cooperation has ended.
After his illustrious playing career, also managing Derby, DC United and Birmingham, Rooney was washed out for seven months, and the team managed to win only four of the 23 matches of the season. Plymouth, which is in a nine-match winless streak, has lit up with 18 points to the bottom of the series.
Plymouth’s next game is against Bristol City on Wednesday.
