Waterbed effect: nuisance Bollendak now in Lombok, Utrecht council wants definitive solution

Last year there were stabbing incidents, fights, intimidation, pickpocketing and shoplifting at the Bollendak on Stationsplein. Various groups turned out to be responsible for this, but the majority consisted of safelanders, itinerant asylum seekers who actually have no chance of obtaining residence status in the Netherlands. Other nuisance perpetrators at the Bollendak were Eastern European migrant workers and addicts.
