A petition calling on municipalities to stop taking gas from Gazprom has garnered more than 30,000 signatures in one day, with more quickly growing. After Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Marjan Minnesma, director of Urgenda (known for the climate case), among others, started the petition via Change.org.
