Watch out for the early sign of cancer! It all starts in the toilet: seen in 89% of patients

Watch out for the early sign of cancer It all

Bowel cancer is one of the most dangerous types of cancer. Intestinal cancer, which starts in the large intestine, affects all life. In order to reduce the effects of this cancer and start the right treatment at the earliest, it is necessary to be knowledgeable about its symptoms. According to experts, unusual situations in the toilet may be an early sign of bowel cancer.

ATTENTION TO CHANGES IN THE STORE

Anthony Antoniou says, “While bowel cancer can manifest in a few different ways, including feeling bloated, changes in bowel habits, and abdominal pain, one of the most common symptoms is blood in the stool. This is also known as hematochezia.” Haematochezia describes the passage of fresh blood through your rectum and can often end up in your stool.

“Blood in the stool may be an early sign that you can detect it in hopes of diagnosing the problem early at a more treatable stage,” said the expert. What’s more, rectal bleeding was one of the most common symptoms that targeted 89 percent of bowel cancer patients, according to a study published in the Annals of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Recruiting 183 participants, the research team set out to investigate the key signs and symptoms of colorectal cancer. The scientists divided the patients into two groups based on how advanced their cancer was. In the early stages, the main symptom of 55 subjects was hematochezia, followed by other changes in bowel habits.

LOSS OF BLOOD FROM THE BOTTOM CAUSES BLOOD IN THE FEET

Antoniou said, “If blood is lost from the gut, the color of the stool will change. This color change will depend on where the blood is lost in the gut. If the loss is in the upper gut, the stool will be dark or even black. The blood loss from the lower gut will show up as lighter colored bleeding. After wiping, blood on your toilet paper will appear. You may even see it. The blood may mix with the stool or be separate depending on where the blood is lost in the gut.”

Other symptoms of bowel cancer include: “Some people may experience other signs and symptoms that may indicate bowel cancer. These include an unexplained change in bowel habits, such as constipation or looser stools, and even a change in the size or shape of stools. Other symptoms include abdominal pain, discomfort, and bloating. Bowel cancer can also cause extra-intestinal symptoms that you might not immediately associate with bowel cancer, including extreme fatigue, weight loss, and appetite.” he explained.
