The top thousand Tappara supporters made a successful fan trip to Turku when the reigning champion showed signs of waking up in the hockey league.
After the sticky first batch Nicholas Hallora, Aleksi Matinmikko, Oiva Keskinen and Otto Leskinen They raised the second half of the second half with their goals from Tappara to a 5-2 lead in Turku.
Tappara eventually took the match 7-2 in front of over 9,000 spectators. Halloran assembled a score of 1+3, defender Daniel Brickley 0+3 and Keskinen 2+0.
– We have to play with emotion, otherwise we are not at our best. The second round was one of the best of our season, declared Tappara’s coach Rikard Grönborg.
TPS’s record defender Max Lindroth shot his 21st hit and marked his power output 48.
– Four goals for less than ten minutes after the second round. The places now came to the real Tappara players. I would consider that this “frenzy” was more due to the disappearance of TPS grip. It has been very typical of them this season, analyzes an expert Topi Nättinen.
Tappara had lost as many as seven of his last ten games and as a result, the serial investment fell to the tenth.
Did Tappara finally start the diesel machine from Tappara’s previous seasons?
– Something tells about Tappara’s potential when the team scores six goals in half a match. After all, this may be the beginning for someone.
– I don’t trust that this still released Tappara. The overall look of the team does not tell me about that “new coming,” Nättinen estimates.
Instead, the catastrophic second installment may have paid Teps a lot to Teps a lot for the final investment of the season in a steady tail head battle.
– The first round was still good for us. Then the wrong beliefs creepd into us and we lost all that we had done in the last few weeks. A good team vaccinates this in a stupid way. It was a creepy batch, updated TPS pilot Tommi Miettinen.
In two weeks, the regular season is over.
The story is still complemented by other matches and coaches’ comments.
