Utrecht – The outage that the Ministry of Defense was struggling with earlier this week and that affected the control room of the Utrecht Safety Region (VRU), among other things, could possibly have been prevented. According to research platform Follow The Money, external advice and internal reports about problems with the IT systems and infrastructure are hardly being followed up.
