Warning for fake ID cards

The police go look as close with warnings of various kinds. Earlier this week, for example, they informed the public that fraudsters in SMS pretend to be children who contact parents or grandparents for financial assistance.

“Call the person who sent the SMS and ask control questions to ensure that the person is the one it claims to be. Remember not to ask control questions that are easy to find online,” the police wrote on their website then.

– Trying to get into the pub before you have age is a typical youth crime. But I don’t think they understand how serious it is to change or abuse ID documents, says Marianapolice in Åre, in a press release and continues:

-You should also be aware that the person you borrow the ID document from also commits a crime. I therefore want to encourage the young people to wait until they have their age, do not chance, it is not worth it.
